Welcome to Lucky Dip Club – a subscription box for lovers of super fun surprises created exclusively by independent illustrators and designer/makers from around the world. At 7am, on the 1st of each month, a box with a new theme launches and the monthly allocation is currently only taking 5 hours to sell out so you have to be quick! At the end of every month, you’ll receive a surprise box with a curated theme filled with goodies which are completely unique to Lucky Dip Club and could include a piece of handmade jewellery, an enamel pin, fun stationery, oodles of paper goods and an easy peasy DIY kit. The goodies inside the box are completely exclusive to Lucky Dip Club and designed specifically for each box.

How do I subscribe to Lucky Dip Club?
At 7am on the 1st of every month orders and subscriptions open for Lucky Dip Club alongside a box with a new theme launching. Visit the homepage and select the option that is right for you. I currently offer a monthly recurring subscription, which can be cancelled at anytime. Subscriptions close when the monthly allocation sells out which is currently taking a few hours. To ensure you don't miss out on the next opportunity to subscribe please set your alarm for 7am on the 1st of the month to grab one early!
How much does it cost?
If you're a monthly subscriber then Lucky Dip Club boxes cost £18 with free delivery.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! If you sign up for a monthly recurring subscription it’s a single monthly payment of £18.
I just joined Lucky Dip Club, what can I expect to receive?
At the end of every month, you’ll receive a surprise box with a curated theme filled with goodies which are completely unique to Lucky Dip Club and could include a piece of handmade jewellery, an enamel pin, fun stationery, oodles of paper goods and an easy peasy DIY kit.
Do you only offer monthly subscriptions?
Not at all! You can purchase a one-off box for £20 without signing up for a subscription so you can sample the service. Simply choose the 'Buy Now' option on the homepage when subs open on the 1st of each month.


When will I be billed?
You will be charged £18 when you sign up. After that, you’ll be charged the same amount on same day each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time but subscriptions must be cancelled before the date you originally signed up to ensure that that month’s box is not charged or sent to you. 
Do I have to reorder every month?
If you subscribe you do not have to reorder every month. Monthly subscribers will be automatically billed on the same day as they initially subscribed each month and a box posted out at the end of the month!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your monthly subscription payment is taken from your card each month on the same date that you originally signed up. Ensure you cancel your subscription before this date so I do not send that month's box. To cancel your subscription: log into your account, click 'subscriptions' and click 'cancel subscription'. You can always email me at yay@luckydipclub.com if you need help.

How much is shipping?
Subscriptions within the UK is FREE and I send by first class Royal Mail with a certificate of posting. Online shop orders are a flat rate of £3 per order within the UK. Outside of the UK is £5 for subscriptions and online shop orders.
When will my Lucky Dip Club box ship?
I post Lucky Dip Club boxes once a month, all at the same time, around the 25th of each month - You can follow this process on the countdown clock on the homepage. 
What happens if my Lucky Dip Club box is delivered when I’m not at home?
Don’t worry! Lucky Dip Club boxes are presented in parcels which fit through standard letter boxes. If you order more than one box, however, they will be sent together and not fit through the letter box.
How do I update my address?
Please email your full name and new delivery address to yay@luckydipclub.com. Please do not update on the Lucky Dip Club website.

Personalised Products

Is there a personalised product in the box every month?
No. We create a personalised product for subscribers 3 to 4 times a year and it will be a surprise as to which boxes these designs appear in.
Can I choose which name/word appears on the personalised product?
Yes! When you sign up for a subscription you will be asked during checkout to choose a name (usually your own, sometimes a nickname) or any word to be printed on your personalised product. Subscribers who don't like to have their own names on products often opt for words such as 'hello' or 'hooray'. It is essential that you enter the correct name/word without any typos as this information is extracted automatically and with hundreds of subscribers it is impossible for me to check each one. You can double check you entered the information correctly in the confirmation email that will be sent to you after you have placed your order. If there is a mistake you must let me know by email yay@luckydipclub.com.

Gift Subscriptions

Is it possible to send a Lucky Dip Club box as a gift?
Absolutely! Lucky Dip Club boxes make super fun gifts. Select your chosen subscription and it's really important that you amend the delivery address during the checkout process so I send the box directly to the lucky recipient. 
Can I include a personal message?
Yes! I can write your message on a gift card and pop inside the box so they know who it is from. Please add your personal message in the 'Notes' section during checkout.

Return Policy

What if I want to return my Lucky Dip Club box?
Due to the custom, handmade and exclusive nature of Lucky Dip Club boxes, we are not able to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your box and are a subscriber, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. If you received a defective product or are missing a product in your box, please contact us at yay@luckydipclub.com and we'll gladly do everything we can do to resolve the situation.


Why did my payment fail?
If you are sure your account has sufficient funds, your credit card may have expired or you may have an incorrect billing address if you have moved. The system makes three attempts to bill you and if each is unsuccessful your account will be suspended. Upon each failed attempt to bill you, you will receive an email to let you know it has been unsuccessful upon which you can take action. Log into your account on the Lucky Dip Club website to update any details necessary. Please email me if you need any assistance yay@luckydipclub.com.


I am having problems with the Lucky Dip Club website.
You may have trouble accessing our website if you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 (or older versions). Try opening our website using different browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer 9. The online shop also struggles on an iPad so please use another device or laptop/desktop computer when signing up for a subscription.
I am unable to sign-up for a monthly subscription.
The most common scenario is... you have entered all your information to sign up for a monthly subscription but cannot proceed to the following page because the sign-up button is just spinning. This is a connectivity issue and I find it happens when people are using certain handheld devices such as an iPad or a smartphone. Move onto a laptop or desktop computer to make your purchase.
The website is telling me 'this transaction cannot be processed'.
This is more than likely an issue with your billing address. The address your card is registered to must exactly match the address you are entering into the billing address section during checkout - this is often different to your delivery address.
I have forgotton my password.
Reset your password by entering your account email address on the Forgot Password page. An email will be sent to you with directions for changing your password.
